You must submit this form to request approval to enroll in BUS 290. After you have submitted this form to the Business Graduate Programs Office and you have been approved, you will be given the schedule code. Business 290 is available to students who have completed their pre-requisite and course requirements: BUS 200, 201, 202; BUS 210, 220, 230, and 270 and at least 6 electives (old program before Spring 2005 admission)
An extension in the completion of your BUS 290 project beyond the graduation deadline may affect your graduation date. You may have to reactivate your graduation application and will be charged a $10 processing fee.
