| Most classes are held one night per week (5:30-9:30pm) for 10 weeks |
Graduation Requirements
| Maintain 3.0 GPA and ten courses of which a minimum of eight must be Tax |

| A total of 10 courses are required to complete the MST degree. |

| $1200 for a 3-unit semester course. |

| 85% part time are working full time in industry, public accounting or government. | |

Tax Faculty
| Full time faculty with prior tax experience with firms, industry and government. | |
| Part time faculty from Big 4 accounting firms and law firms who teach specialized courses in their area of expertise. | |
| Faculty have written over 100 professional articles and book chapters; serve on various professional editorial boards; and actively serve in professional and academic tax organizations. | |

Professionals with a Masters in Taxation
If you have an LLM or MST you may take unlimited number of courses; other non-matriculated students may only take 2 courses (6 units) prior to matriculation.
