Bus 225D Income Taxation of Expats/Inpats and Foreign Corporations Doing Business in the US;Treaty Issues, Effectively connected income, Residency and Permanent Establishments; foreign owned US real estate, etc.

Prerequisites: Bus. 223A, Bus 225C and graduate standing. 3 Units

Late Spring 2006

Taxation of Partnerships and Partners
Bus 223B Tax and Accounting issues involving partnerships and their partners including formation, operations, distributions, liquidations, hot assets, amalgamations,VC special allocations,  and LLCs, etc.

Prerequisite: Bus 223A and Graduate standing. 3 units

State and Local Taxation I
Bus 225F  Franchise and Income Tax Aspects of California and Foreign Corporations including allocation and apportionment, multi-state tax compacts, Nexus, and unitary tax.

Prerequisite: Graduate standing. 3 units
