Joseph Dworak Recognized as a Super Lawyer
Organization & Management Instructor Joseph E. Dworak of Berliner Cohen, along with three of his partners, was recognized as a Super Lawyer in the 2007 Edition of the San Francisco Magazine's “Northern California Super Lawyers."
Annually, the Law & Politics division of the San Francisco Magazine conducts a survey of the 52,000 active lawyers and jurists in Northern California to seek nominations for the “Best Lawyers” observed in private practice. The background and experience of those nominated is then reviewed to evaluate indicators of peer recognition and professional achievements such as verdicts, settlements, honors, and quality of legal work, among other criteria. Those lawyers who received the highest point totals, typically no more than 5% of the total lawyers in Northern California, are then chosen to be recognized as Super Lawyers.
